calling all prayers

Just spoke to a supervisor at NVC.  She was AWESOME!  She was totally appalled that someone was rude to me.  How refreshing.  She put in a request for all the other supervisors to be on the look out for our case.  As soon as they locate it, they will upload it and we'll be on go.  I'll call back every two hours until midnight! :)
